Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Keystone NEC, provided by [Company name] (“we”). Organisations that subscribe to Keystone also have a separate customer agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Using Keystone
- You must be invited by an organisation that uses Keystone, or be setting one up for your organisation.
- Keep your sign-in secure and don’t share your account.
- Only upload information you’re entitled to share, and nothing unlawful or harmful.
- Don’t try to access information you haven’t been given access to, or disrupt the service.
Contract records
Keystone keeps a permanent, tamper-evident record of contract communications. Entries can’t be edited or deleted once made. Keystone helps you administer NEC contracts, including working out periods and deadlines, but it doesn’t give legal or contractual advice: the contract and your organisation’s own judgement govern. Check important dates against the contract.
Availability
We aim to keep Keystone available and your information safe, but we can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
[To be completed: limitation of liability, governing law (England and Wales), and how these terms can change.]
